Shipping
CasesMarket.com processes your order within 2 business day and will be shipped from Hong Kong. Once we have shipped your package, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation and a tracking number will be attached so that you can check the status of your package. 

Shipping Cost & Time
- During the check out process, the shipping cost calculator (in Check Out Step 2)  will show you the shipping cost after you login or input the delivery address. You can select the shipping method before you complete the payment.
- [Standard] - For Registered Airmail, over 98% packages can be arrived in 10 to 15 business days *
- [Express] - For EMS SpeedPost, over 98% packages can be arrived in 3 to 4 business days * 

Good Protection
All packages are packed in well-protective bubble bag for the best protection.

Shipping Status Tracking
A tracking number will be provided the day we ship your package. You can check the shipping status of your package according to the tracking number. EMS Speed Post offer better tracking information than Registered Airmail. 

* No one can guarantee the exact shipping time because it can be affected by many factors such as postal delay or customs inspection. If you cannot get your package in 3 weeks, please kindly let us know.

Return Policy
If the item(s) found faulty on receipt, please contact us within 5 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be damaged, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back. We will afford the cost of resending.

In such a case, you may return your undamaged item(s) with its included accessories & original packing within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
